Good winter boots
These shoes are great for the 3-year-old, he can easily put them on and take them off by himself, and they keep warm even on days with -15 degrees. However, I think shipping took way too long, waited almost two weeks, which I do not expect in 2026 (at least not when you don't receive any follow-up).

Winter boot
We received this boot and it seems to fit well and is warm. We haven’t used them in the snow yet or on colder days. We ordered size 6 which is a size up from what our daughter is wearing now but she walks well in them. We didn’t receive some other items that were supposed to be in the package. So far customer service has been non-existent making me incredibly disappointed with Reima.

The product itself is good and pleasing to the child. However, the shopping experience at Reima's online store was poor. The stock information on the website was inaccurate. I first ordered another color and paid with a gift card. A few days later, I was informed that the product was actually out of stock (according to the website's stock information, it was still available; even as I write this, over a month later, that color is still listed as available). At this point, I could no longer change the product or cancel the order, so I had to place a new order in a different color, which meant I had to pay for shipping again. Customer service has also not responded to my email complaint; it has been over a month. It's a shame that there are such fundamental issues with the online store. I would gladly order from Reima more often if the shopping experience were more positive.

Good sturdy boots
Easy for my kid to take off and put on independently. They stay mostly dry in snowy and slushy conditions. If my kid is jumping in puddles I might need to use a hair dryer to get the moisture out. It is not fully rain /puddle proof but overall pretty satisfied

Great snow shoes
These are great boots, and fit just as I’d expect a size 21 to fit. The inner lining is a good touch too. For what it’s worth the kiddo likes walking in them which isn’t the case for every shoe.

Happy with it overall! The pink color was sold out, so had to choose black for my baby girl. Unlike other boots, it has wider space for her ankle so my girl felt pretty comfortable wearing it for a long time.
